ACCORD ISS in Germany! Although the summer is over it has been a very busy couple of months for the Accord ISS team. Last week the team headed to Germany to attend the 20th ICEF Berlin Workshop.
But before the workshop begin we had chance to visit one of our partners in the wonderful city of Leipzig. It was great to see a different part of Germany and of course eat some delicious local dishes, especially the desserts!
The ICEF Berlin workshop takes place every year bringing education providers and agents together to discuss the international education market and develop international student recruitment.
It’s always great seeing familiar faces and catching up over a coffee to discuss our partnership, the schools and new programmes. We also get the opportunity to meet new partners and this year we met some great people who we can’t wait to work with!
ACCORD ISS in Germany : although there was work to be done the team were lucky enough to be able to explore Berlin. It was our 3rd time here and we love it more and more each time we visit!
There’s lots to see and even more to learn as Berlin has a fascinating history. We visited the Berlin Wall memorial, Checkpoint Charlie and The Reichstag just to name a few. After all this site seeing we took some time out at the Muerpark on Sunday and listened to some live music whilst eating the famous Berlin currywurst. We even had time to visit the Berlin Zoo before we left. Our favourite animal was the Polar Fox!
