The ACCORD ISS Bethany Summer School is situated in beautiful Kent countryside in an area known as “The Garden of England’. It is just 20 minutes away from Royal Tunbridge Wells and surrounded by 60 acres of meadows and woodland. This location is typically English and only an hour and a half from London.
Facilities of the ACCORD ISS Bethany Summer School
The ISS Bethany summer school has outstanding facilities including: 3 football pitches, hockey pitch, cricket pitch, tennis courts (both cement and Astroturf), floodlit Astroturf 5-aside pitches, squash courts, Swedish style heated indoor swimming pool, indoor sports hall, art studio, assembly/concert hall, computer suite, drama studio.
English Programme at the ACCORD ISS Bethany Summer School
At the ACCORD ISS Bethany Summer School we are able to offer 6 levels of English from complete beginner to proficiency.
Students have 15 hours of English lessons per week in small classes of no more than 15 students per class.
Extra English tuition is also available with our Intensive English programme and One-to-One lessons.
Activities and Excursions
The ACCORD ISS Bethany Summer School provides a full activity and sports programme with a wide range of activities to choose from each afternoon, plus evening entertainment every day.
The Paris Saint-Germain Academy England is available at the ACCORD ISS Bethany Summer School .
Full day excursions take place every Wednesday and Sunday and there is a half day excursion every Friday afternoon.
Accommodation / Welfare at the ACCORD ISS Bethany Summer School
Boys and girls stay in rooms with 2 to 4 beds per room and shared bathrooms.
Single en-suite rooms are also available.
All houses have security locks and ACCORD ISS staff sleep in the houses to provide 24 hour supervision.
There is a choice of hot and cold food at mealtimes which will always include a vegetarian option.
