Hello Accordions! Summer is over once again for ACCORD International Summer Schools and what a fantastic summer it was! We hope you all had as much fun as we did.
We kicked off the summer on the Sunshine Coast of England at our Moira House summer camp in Eastbourne. Here we welcomed children, teens and even families from all over the world.
On the same day we officially opened our NEW summer camp – Barnard Castle in Durham! We were very excited to welcome students to the newest ACCORD summer camp! This camp is very exciting as it offers a completely different English experience with new places to visit including Harry Potter film settings!
One week later we welcomed students to our Bethany Centre in the Garden of England and to Rossall School which has its very own private beach!
This year our students were tourists at some of England’s best cities and attractions. Of course, we visited London and said hello to the Queen ?. We also said hello to the Angel of the North, visited the National Football Museum in Manchester and so much more!
Our proud connection with football and the creation of The Paris Saint-Germain Academy England meant that our students also had the opportunity to visit some of the most famous stadiums in English football. These included; Manchester United’s Old Trafford, Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium and Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge.
Once again friendships and memories were made by everyone who attended and these memories will last a lifetime!
